Jiang Baoying is a film and television actor. She graduated from the Central Academy of Drama. Jiang Baoying is former national first-class actor of Chengde Repertory Theater of Hebei Province, member of China Dramatists Association and member of the Hebei Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
