Cynthia West (or known as Cyd Vandenberg) (born October 4, 1959) is a Canadian voice actress, known for LarryBoy and the Bad Apple, Ni.Bi.Ru: Age of Secrets/Messenger of the Gods, the Dutch stop-motion animated television series Miffy & Friends and the voice of Lady Luna from the Totally Spies episode 'Space Much'.
