Biography:

Nabeel Khoury is a Nonresident Senior Fellow with the Atlantic Council's Rafik Hariri Center for the Middle East; the former Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy in Sana'a, Yemen; and the former Director of Intelligence and Research for the Middle East at the US State Department.
